Terms & conditions

 

•  All prices are calculated from base to base and exclusive of VAT.

•  Any excess charge over and above the time and mileage stated, or quoted on any hire, will be charged extra at current rates.

•  Car parking will be charged extra.

•  Telephone calls will be charged at the rate of 50p per unit; £1.00 international.

•  A surcharge of £5.00 per hour between midnight and 07:00hrs will be charged.

•  A meal allowance of £5.00 will be charged for each completed 8-hour period.

•  35% surcharge for Public Holidays.

•  100% surcharge for Xmas & New Year.

•  A cancellation fee will be charged unless we are given 24 hours notice of the job being cancelled

•  Chauffeur overnight expenses – rates available on request.

•  European tours – prices on application.

•  Minibus, coaches and vans available on request.

•  Account customers are invoiced and amounts outstanding settled within 30 days of receipt of invoice.

•  Non-account customers will be requested to provide credit card details as security until full payment is received.

•  Amex & Visa are welcome and attract a 10% administration fee.
